What is Your Process?

We want to talk to you about your business and see exactly what your goals are. If we seem to be a fit, we’ll come up with a plan and the associated costs. From there, we’ll get to work and you’ll know exactly what is going on as we work. We’ll touch base on your terms. We have some clients who like text updates, some who want a monthly email, & some who we do regular zoom calls.

Timelines for the Process

The timelines for your project depend on the services, but we’re going to get started immediately and see if there is any low-hanging fruit we can tackle to make an impact fast.

From there, think of you spend in terms of annual investment, but you’ll start seeing SEO results in 2-3 month and can dominate a market within 6.

For PPC, expect to start seeing results in the first week, with tuning for optimization in the first month.

Minimum & maximum project budget?

Our minimum projects start under $1000 for monthly spending. Depending on your competition and industry, your costs will typically be four figures, but they should easily be offset by business gains. Most of our clients work on a simple, month to month basis.

For PPC Management, we start in the hundreds for flat-rate management.

My maximum size client is typically a more custom job for an enterprise SEO (starting with 5+million visitors monthly) and involve a 6-figure monthly investment. (We’ve done a bunch, but this pushes our limits).

Our local search ranking packages also start in the hundreds, not thousands and are largely determined by your service area size and local competition.

We even have plans where you don’t even pay until we get the targeted results in GMB!

Why Don't You have Prices on the Website?

That’s a good question. The good answer is that your business likely operates in a particular place, with particular competition, and particular desires (we only want inbound calls from people).

A DUI Lawyer in Los Angeles is going to take more work to own Google My Business than an ice cream shop in Denver Colorado.

What this means to you is that the cost is going to differ a little bit from client to client. However, we do have pre-set packages that we start from that are fair and earn us enough to keep the lights on.

In the “Old Days” when we started offering GMB services, we offered them for “one low price!”. However, we quickly learned that most of our clients needed/wanted different elements have a successful listing. We changed things up and now have over a 95% retention rate for GMB services.

Most businesses that offer signing up online for one “cheap” price (we’ve seen them for $199 a month), can’t keep up with what’s actually required in the modern GMB era to compete and really get you to your goals.

Do you have crazy contracts and term requirements?

Nope, most of our plans operate on a simple subscription model, where we simply charge a card every month. If you want to stop, you just tell us a week in advance.

We do offer plans that are up-front risk and money savers, where you don’t pay anything until we crush the goals for GMB we laid out together. Those do have some short-term contracts associated with them.

The only real “restriction” we have is that we don’t work with the same type of company in the same service area. This protects you from competing directly with someone who we’re working with, causing you to constantly flip between number one and number 2.

We have over a 95% retention rate and know you’ll love the work we do!
